Product Introduction

Brief introduction

Spee Multi functional Grinding Particle AnalyzerLaserNet 210 can achieve precise particle counting function and automatically calculate the pollution level of oil according to ISO, NAS, and international mainstream pollution evaluation standards. Based on the size and quantity of particles, it can determine whether the oil needs to be replaced or not.

There are two international standards, ISO4406:1999 and ISO4406:1987, for the pollution level of hydraulic and lubrication system oil. The ISO4406:1999 pollution level standard is a revision of the ISO4406:1987 pollution level standard. The new standard has increased the number of level codes to 30 and revised the reporting format and the particle size of pollutants used in the report. The fundamental reason for the revision of the standard is due to changes in the test dust (replaced by ISO MTD powder instead of ACFTD) and corresponding changes in the calibration method of particle counters.

ISO4406:1987 Pollution Level Classification

This standard uses two codes to indicate the pollution level of oil. The first code represents the number of particles with a size>5um per milliliter of oil, while the second code represents the number of particles with a size>15um per milliliter of oil, separated by a diagonal line. The reason for choosing particle concentrations corresponding to 5um and 15um to define pollution level numbers is that it is generally believed that the concentration of small particles around 5um is the main cause of hydraulic system sedimentation and blockage faults, while particle concentrations greater than 15um play a dominant role in the wear of hydraulic components. Using these two particle concentrations as the basis for setting levels can comprehensively reflect the impact of particles of different sizes on the system. The value corresponds to the corresponding particle concentration. According to the size of particle concentration, it is divided into 26 level codes (ranging from 0.9 to 24), and the ratio of particle concentration represented by adjacent codes is 2. The larger the particle concentration, the larger the code representing the level.

IISpee Multi functional Grinding Particle Analyzermajor function

1. Can obtain information on the total amount, size, and distribution of abrasive particles;

2. It can measure heavily polluted oil samples and "black" oil samples, and can directly determine high soot (2%) engine oil

And high pollution (5000000 particles/ml) oil samples.

3. It can measure free water and bubbles. The presence of water droplets and bubbles is the main reason for the deviation in particle counting results.
